About Acme
Acme is a growing commercial janitorial and facilities services company committed to delivering consistently high-quality service for our clients. Our success depends on strong people, clear expectations, and growing team members who take pride in executing at a high level.

We’re looking for a dependable, field-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can take ownership of day-to-day service quality across multiple job sites.

Position Summary
The Onsite Operations Lead is a mid-level, hands-on leadership in training role, responsible for ensuring service excellence across multiple customer locations throughout the greater Seattle region. This is not a desk job — it’s for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with teams, visiting client sites, inspecting quality, troubleshooting issues, and training new hires.

You will regularly move between job sites, supporting client satisfaction, team performance, supply readiness, and operational consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing
Onsite Quality & Client Support
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs, inspections, and service checks to ensure standards are met.
  • Serve as an on-site point of contact for assigned clients and help resolve service concerns quickly.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and Acme quality standards.
  • Support new client onboarding and startup performance to ensure smooth transitions.
Team Training & Field Leadership
  • Train, coach, and support janitorial team members onsite to build consistent performance.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members as needed.
  • Help ensure a steady pipeline of trained employees ready for placement across multiple job sites.
  • Provide follow-up support after training to maintain quality and accountability.
Supplies, Equipment & Inventory
  • Monitor inventory levels at client sites and ensure supplies and consumables are stocked.
  • Coordinate ordering, tracking, and restocking of janitorial supplies and equipment.
  • Identify and address equipment needs, repairs, maintenance, or replacements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory usage and site readiness.
Operational & Emergency Support
  • Step in to support occasional cleaning or special projects during staffing shortages or periods of high demand.
  • Assist with scheduling coordination and operational follow-ups in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain organized records of inspections, training sessions, coaching, and client communications.

This Role is a Great Fit If You…
  • Prefer active, onsite work over being behind a desk.
  • Can lead by example and hold teams accountable in a respectful, professional way.
  • Communicate clearly with both clients and frontline employees.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple locations and priorities.
  • Are resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Are comfortable driving between sites regularly throughout the day.

Qualifications
Required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel is essential).
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, facilities, janitorial supervision, or a similar field-based leadership role.
  • Ability to train others and correct performance issues in a supportive, direct way.
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently in the field.
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies/equipment as needed.

Preferred
  • Experience in commercial janitorial operations or facilities services.
  • Experience in onboarding staff, training teams, or supporting recruiting efforts.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Experience supporting multiple job sites or locations.

Work Location & Schedule
  • Field-based position supporting customer sites across the greater Seattle region.
  • Primary base at Acme HQ in Federal Way, with frequent travel to client locations.
  • Standard schedule is Monday–Friday; weekends/evenings may be required occasionally for projects, training, urgent needs, or onsite support.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Paid Bi-Weekly (26 pay periods/year)
  • Paid Holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day
