Internal Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote Possible
Compensation: $22.00 –$25.00/hour base + eligibility for commission & bonuses
About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving sales growth by generating new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You’ll maintain regular communication with current accounts to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving client retention. Collaborating closely with our Field Sales Representatives, you will help to uncover and maximize revenue potential.

- Drive Growth and Expand Existing Accounts: Proactively engage with current clients and new prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings with qualified leads to build and sustain a strong sales pipeline. Identify and capitalize on opportunities within existing accounts to boost revenue, enhance client satisfaction, and deepen long-term partnerships.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with clients, internal departments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to align strategies, communicate client needs, and ensure smooth execution.
- Deliver Value: Understand client goals and challenges to present effective solutions and services that drive measurable results.
- Track & Report: Manage activities, opportunities, and communications using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and performance visibility.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Provide insights and feedback to enhance sales processes, communication flow, and client experience.
- A driven, goal-oriented self-starter with a passion for sales growth and client success.
- Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening.
- Experience in sales development, account coordination, or client support roles is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to balance multiple accounts and priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across teams and departments.
- Adaptable and coachable, with a continuous improvement attitude and strong follow-through.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales enablement tools is a plus.
