🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts—professional, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Coordinate service delivery by partnering with internal operations, scheduling, and field teams
- Monitor account performance, identify needs, and ensure service quality meets company standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as tracking client updates, preparing reports, and managing work orders
- Build trusted relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-through
- Represent Fikes’ commitment to excellence and integrity in every interaction
