Regional Sales Representative – South Puget Sound
Fikes is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Regional Sales Representative to support growth throughout South King County, Tacoma, Lakewood, and the South Puget Sound region.
This is an outside sales role focused on:
- Growing existing customer relationships
- Developing new business opportunities
- Supporting route sales representatives in the field
- Expanding territory revenue and customer partnerships
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a competitive mindset, and enjoys building long-term relationships that drive customer success, company growth, and team success.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
- Develop new commercial business opportunities within the territory
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to expand outbound opportunities and increase qualified appointments
- Partner with route sales representatives on customer visits and growth opportunities
- Conduct in-person customer meetings and sales calls
- Manage appointments, follow-up, and territory activity
- Build strong relationships through professional communication and service
- Maintain organized CRM and sales activity records
- Support territory growth through customer retention and business development efforts
- B2B outside sales or business development experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- CRM experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel throughout Washington and into the Portland metro area as needed, including occasional overnight travel
- Competitive base salary plus commission with first year earning potential between $80,000-$110,000 + depending upon experience, territory growth and performance.
